Developer Note — Product-Agnostic Engine Design (BR-34)

The CPQ calculation suite is architected to separate regulatory calculation rules from core UI templates. Adding a new regional compliance code (e.g. United Kingdom BS standards) requires only registering the config object inside the registry list in jurisdictions.ts. The engine automatically adapts calculations, wind regions, soil classifications, currencies and taxes.
